There was a problem with Lawu’s visa…so she was forced to go back to Tanzania until the immigration status is fixed…baby can’t go abroad until he receives all his vaccinations particularly yellow fever vaccine which cannot be given until he’s a year old.

It breaks Lawu's heart to leave her son in China also. In China, it's very common for grandparents to raise their grandchildren specially in rural areas where there are no jobs and have to go far away for work.
