You might not learn it right away...but the whole idea of "learning as you sleep" is that it enters your subconscious,(if you dont understand the subconscious and all of its capabilities I implore you to do so.) you can think of it as slowly downloading information. And when you commit to your studies during the day you see it speeds up your learning process.

@@Brandon-go9hn unfortunately, I do understand how our subconscious works and this this is infact bogus. You can listen to it as much as you want after you're asleep and it won't make a difference. I implore you to find accredited doctors talking about it instead of listening to social media. I still like the video and listen to it though!

点 doesn't mean "time" as a duration, actually. 几点 is the question you answer by, for example 七点：seven O'clock.

No it isn't. I am also learning Chinese as a beginner. There are several apps you can use to learn Chinese. Especially Duolingo its super fun and easy to learn. It's been 2 or 3 months to learn Chinese with Duolingo. Now I understand some phrases in C dramas.
