Bro, thanx to your video me and a fellow dominar owner were able to fix an AS200 visor by ourselves yesterday. But we didn't open the headlight assembly and just made four holes and screwed it from top

Welcome Shabbar, Yes as i had done it for first time i didnt wanted to put a hole in the headlight itself so i had to be cautious. However if you align the way i did the headlight may not be required to remove. But to avoid chances of breaking it i did that. Hope you guys love your bikes more now :D.....I am glad it helped you.

Hi Rishabh....I am so sorry in this video i had limited time and i know i made few mistakes. The audio thru internal mic is not that good. I am working on getting a external mic DIY which will help to make the audio more audible. This is definitely a feedback which i have to work on... Thanks a lot for this feedback. hey vijay nice video man. the process looks lengthy but results are awesome. i have seen some visors getting installed on top of Dominar visor that doesn't looks good and that installation is too costly. Hi Kushal, I would like to inform you that if you align the way i did you Dont need to open the headlight assembly. As i was doing it for someone else i wanted to make sure i dont put a hole in the headlight. But you can just align and put holes and fasten it... it would not need removal of headlight.

With original the wind blast was starting from chest and after this the windblast is near chin so if i tuck down there is no blast on the face.

Hi Amit, I am not sure about mumbai. However i would suggest show this video to a good mech and ask him if he can do exactly as this. As that is the only way you can make sure all steps are done. And moreover you dont need to remove the headlight if you are aligning the visor exactly like me.

Yes you can do it. You will need extra clamps done from a fabricator and you wont have to make any changes.

You can put drill hole on the visor according to the hole alloted to the bike. instead of messing with bike.

1st thing mounting on top of the stock visor will make it look ugly and secondly only when one doesn't know how to do they mess up. In my case I know what I am doing. :D

Hi vijay, Great videos. Why don't you make a diy video on how to find and remove vibrations on dominar 400. I remember you telling that your bike has no vibrations. So maybe if you can take some one else's dominar and try to find vibration source. It will be really helpful for all of us. Hi Dilip, It can be done without removing assembly as far as you are not fitting it all the way at the bottom. Also you can mount it on the existing Visor. But in any ways you have to drill hole in Visor or assembly.

Yep..And no matter what Visor you put.. if there is a lot of gap between the headlight and Visor then the air flowing between may still create more issues than taking care of the Windblast. Thats why i dont prefer anything to put on existing one as it may not serve the purpose.

I just wanted to know, removing the whole assembly​ was to fit the nuts on the inner side of the headlight assembly right? I was wondering if there is any way to fit the visor without removing the whole assembly. 2. The hazard light which was installed on one of the bikes, where is it available, any idea? Does it cause any issues with warranty? 3. Can we install other electricals like a mobile charger and all that. My dealer said that warranty will be void even if I connect it directly to the battery without any wire cutting or chipping. What is your view on this?

No Problem, Let me answer accordingly. 1) No you cannot put a nut behind. Removal of assembly is to test/lineup visor and work on it. As you cant work without removing the headlight assembly. It will be difficult to install without removing headlight. 2) That was done by a local Mechanic. If you cut your wires and if there is any short circuit then it wont be covered under warranty. 3) You can install charger directly to battery but put a fuse and on/off cut switch to avoid draining the battery. I am waiting for my charger which i will be installing soon. Bajaj will always say but i havent too many cases where things went wrong due to mobile charger unless short circuit due to bad wiring job.

Hey, Vijay, I have an issue with my Dominar...There is a buzzing sound from the instrument panel at 4000RPm, irrespective of the gear. Also, it is still pertaining after 1st servicing. Is any of you have the same issue?

The buzz is coming from the secondary panel. Ask the service center to fix it. They will remove the tank plastic cover and then refix it with some sort of padding. That will resolve the issue. I didnt face that problem but some of my friends did.

I think it is the smallest size for network cables. I dont know the size though. Spacers and bar ends have to be bought separately as they are not part of hand guard.

Honestly i have no idea however i think you can choose anyone as there is only one place where you can mount is the Number plate bracket mounting. but you will have to check which one you like sort of and then do a test run and then buy and install... Before you do any buying... Check where and how you can install and will it be sturdy as at high speed the visor can be deadly if not mounted properly...

No sir... Changing Crash guards dont void the warranty... What will void the warrant majorly will tampering or cutting the wiring harness for big horns and fog lamps and all... but you can always do it properly without cutting so it can be removed before taking to Service center :D...

ideally any CG should have capability to handle impact and bend or break on higher impact to absorb it rather than passing that impact to chassis which can bend or break the chassis itself. The stock are good for city but yeah Sliders and big cages can help better than Stock CG.
