The song is a tribute to the conviviality of the city of Lagos and the Eyo Festival -- a festival celebrated by Lagos Islanders, some of whom are descendants of returnee Brazilian slaves. The festival is a hybrid of Yoruba, Nupe, and Afro-Brazilian culture, and the man at the end of the video all decked up in white with a staff is the Eyo masquerade, one of seven types usually showcased at the annual festival.

Not just that, the word "Eyo" has different meanings. You noticed how the people were happy at the end of the video ? It's simply because of the various meanings "Eyo" has.
