Dough ingredients:
1 cup milk (236 ml)
1 tablespoon yeast (12 grams)
1/2 cup sugar(112 grams) ( 1 tablespoon from this to be used with the yeast (16 grams))
2 cups bread flour (260 grams)
2 cups all purpose flour (260 grams)
1/2 cup butter or margarine (110 grams)
2 eggs
1 teaspoon salt (6 grams)
For egg wash:
1 egg
1 tablespoon water
