Now the reading section was quite tough. But not as much as i was expecting. It required 100% focus. First part was about comparison of humans and animals running speed. Second part was about humans' ability to memorize things And last part was a scientific topic. There were almost 12 questions total about YES, NO, NOT GIVEN. I remeber the last question which was What do you think this article is written by: °Writer for magazine °Student for assignment °Researcher for journal There was summary completions mostly and paragraphs heading. I used a technique for headings I made key points on a paper for every heading written in options Then i read the paragraph and matched it with my keypoints. I got 8 in reading.

Then for writing i did task 2 first The topic was: Students nowadays access information online to study and do not go to libraries. Do you agree or disagree with this? Why/why not? I wrote a very basic essay with one introductory paragraph including thesis sentence. Then two paragraphs to supports my opinion of agreement. Then i wrote a conclusion rephrasing my points. I focused more on Grammer, tried to write conditional and complex sentences using signposting words and "fanboys" I focused more on the technique rather than extraordinary vocabulary. Then i wrote task 1 which was explain the diagram. It was a proposed map of a town, with all other infrastructure to be built including houses, industrial sector, recreational area, link roads connecting roads parkings etc. I tried to describe it clearly and used different words of vocab for same thing to avoid repetitive words. I used a technique for this too. After reading the question i tried to write 3,4 synonyms for every important word. I got 6 in writing

I spoke fluently, i was confident until writing for cue card, but i remember i got 2 pauses for thinking, for 2-3 times i lost eye contact otherwise i was maintaining a good eye contact, and i used a wrong word i think. I have to say "fares" and i said "bills" One more thing i observed in my speaking is that i repeated one line to conclude my point of view which i think i should have rephrased a little bit. With all these mistakes i think from examiner's point of view i got 6 Bands.

Now i want to share my test details. Listening module was a almost about general topics. In second part there was a" label the diagram" question Many parts to label and a little confusing options. The audio was a bit fast while describing about the diagram. But as a whole the audio part was very smooth. Mostly it was blanks to fills kind of questions I got 7.5 in listening

Speaking went really well from my side. The examiner was very polite and more like a friend. She was an indian as i guessed it by her name. After the introduction she asked some general questions about myself what do i do where do i live etc and even asked linking questions after my each answer. As i told what do i do professionally then she asked do u find it difficult to manage your job etc. Then in the second part she gave me a cue card with the topic "HAVE YOU EVER RECEIVED ANY FREE STUFF IN YOUR LIFE OR ANYTHING FOR WHICH YOU DON'T HAVE TO PAY" I covered all the "wh" questions from the cue card . I spoke fluently for a good 4-5 minutes and then she started asking me questions about whatever i said / answered. Then in the third part, she asked a lot of questions from the same topic but this time more generally( as in 2nd part i described things on personal level). This time she was like ok tell me more about it ,anything else you would like to tell , anything else u got free? Etc ( I took some pauses here as i was unable to think of anything else) Then she asked in your opinion why companies give free stuff to people? Do you consider getting free stuff as a good act? What is the reaction of people getting free things? Then in the end she said tell me what services should be free by government? As i mentioned a couple of services like education, healthcare, transport She asked me why transport? Do u think a good quality free transport should be provided by government and justify. Then as i ended speaking after a while she said ok its the time to end and greetings.
