Thank you for simplifying the recipe for lotus root. I love the vegetable, but rarely find an easy recipe to use. Question? Chikiwa is something that is not a normal staple in my kitchen, and I only cook for two. How long does unused Chikiwa last? How long does this dish last in the refrigerator? And, lastly, how much does this recipe make? Thanks again from Chicago.

Answer. 3 days or so ( but freezable), 3 days or so and for 4 people as a side.

This is such a good and informative video! I made this and my family loved it! I was wondering, do you have a video on how to make a konyaku side dish? I tried making it once but it just tasted like fish この動画を作ってくれて本当にありがとうございます!
