Sir how do you prove reconciliation? When does it need to occur? Before the testator's death? Can it be at the bedside during his last breath? Do you have to execute affidavits?

Proving that there is reconciliation is a matter of fact. The burden is on the party alleging that there was reconciliation. It will all depend on the evidence or proof that such party will present. Hindi ko po masasagot kung papaano patutunayan na merong recon. Depende po sa ebidensya nyo yan.
