If I were you I would be looking for a cutter rather than press, one with a lever unless it's industrial scale and circular stamping is required, if so find the compression strength pressure limt of your material (being leather) and see whether the force acting on the CSA of your material is greater, furthermore speed and extention control with pneumatics lack what Hydraulics do, just make sure you attach some form of blade to that press, hope this helps.
