Ascaris lumbricoides also known as round worm. it is a round worm or nematode and are pathogenic endoparasite causes disease known as ascariasis.
they live in the small intestine of human .
they migrate in the liver and heart and lungs also for their further development.
they become an adult in the small intestine and here they copulate and produces infective eggs which finally released in soil with infected human faeces.
they do not have any intermediate host.
the only host is human who acquired the disease through contaminated food and drinks having ascaris eggs.
