Based on harmonic structure / palette of (bass solo passage, in particular, of)
"Eamonn Andrews" by Mike Ratledge of The Soft Machine.
I demo some sketches of phrases and bits for the fuzz bass solo that Hugh Hopper would take.
In particular is an ascending pentatonic motive/phrase. I actually originally got that idea from one thing that stuck in my memory of hearing Jack Bruce's noodling on the live "Spoonful" on Wheels of Fire by Cream. He modulates that ascending minor-blues pentatonic up (or should I say, starts down) a whole-step (Major-2nd).

and I switch to another virtual/software instrument (sound) :
electric piano from mda. I intentionally overdrive its sound as much as I can to come close to a fuzz (distortion box) bass guitar timbre.
Also, at 327 (a bit after 5 -minute mark)
I try out (which fits, in here)
a chorded-up phrase from "Slightly All the Time" ( lead monophonic line from "head" main theme first movement , thereof)
Hats off to composer Mike Ratledge!
