Pile 4 is scary accurate. We met almost a year ago and when we locked eyes, it’s like I knew him. Pile 3, and yeees. I feel this situation you channelled so much. I feel healed enough to flow with it, and I can relate so much to being the one who triggered people. Not intentionally, but even for those I like so much, who I thought trusted me, become triggered and distance. I won't hold back the truth when I know they tell themselves old "facts" that don't serve them. I try to be optimistic when they share with me like (storytime if you get time to read); "I have developed diabetes and with time it can't be fixed...blah blah" and I try to encourage yet be honestly blunt with compassion "oh, I understand, but thankfully science change and it's now reversible, but I understand it's difficult and all journeys are different, but yes it can improve significantly" and as my friend and watching me heal from both diabetes symptoms, fibromyalgia, PCOS, and me posting about the hard work and sharing my story, the university science that don't get out there, and the same people congratulating me, supporting me, then it hurts when they dismiss me one on one and share it's not possible and say they are too far down the path and believe their body is destroyed. But it hurts even more they ignore it for themselves and won't support themselves. It's like they don't believe me when they talk about themselves but act like they believe me. This weird cognitive dissonance... I still just stand my point and then change topic and end it with something nice, which I've recently learned with certain people as they shut down, and will think I am being confrontational. I notice their dishonesty and I have a hard time letting it go or come to terms with people I wish I could share with, as they are otherwise awesome and bright people. It force me to not be as close to them as I wish... I know I'll be fine but it gets lonely if you know what I mean, because I used to relate more to them. Not everyone can come with me to the future, even as much as I wished. I just know that the universe will send me the right ones on my path just trusting the process. I hope this can be relatable to more people and I am so glad to be on my path and have the universe, you all on this channel, Anastasia and fellow readers out there and our faith. Wow that’s a lot to deal with and it can be hard when we go through big changes and the people close to us stay the same. It can definitely feel alienating and lonely. I would love to hear about how you have reversed your chronic conditions cause I have Fibromyalgia 🤔and I am very much into believing I can heal, I just need to know the right stuff to do and be willing to do it and have faith in myself!

@@AscensionCafe1111 Although fibromyalgia can be a lifelong condition for some, others manage or overcome it. This journey has included CBT, physical therapy, ADHD medication, trauma therapy, meat and low-carb diet, embracing nature and spirituality, and cutting ties with those who don't appreciate me. I had to reject thoughts and opinions and old science that says that nothing can be done or to live with it as it is. It also included journaling, planning in a way that fits me, habit-building, finding out my MBTI, and my real needs. Not comparing too much as it was not many I could look towards for help out there. Just patch myself, monitoring and trials. I can not promote cutting carbs and processed food enough, while also eating meat first thing in the morning, at the same time evey day. Cortisol regulation is key. I will recomend looking into sleep habbits and cortisol on Hubermans channel. They key is to be in the "rest and digest" nervousystem as much as possible and not fight or flight. So regulating emotions, and habits are so important and distance from people and enviorment that doesn't do you good, and also learn to handle stressful situation better. Everything is a habit. It's a difficult road, but hubermans podcast have been an important part of understanding the right information.

Many people can never really change their ways and so that is commendable. My mother just gave into her suffering so I have a tendency to lean towards apathy at times but I know it was a learned behavior because I have always been change and growth oriented through out my life. But middle age and chronic illness has been a hard one to not get depressed and apathetic about for me anyway.
