the ASCOD Armoured IFV could do with a bit more roof height in the interest of more spacious in-cabin aesthetic . . . comfort is very essential for those armed marine personnel seated inside the ASCOD Armoured IFV laden with full tactical gear . . . the top roof mounted RWS could do with a proper 25 MM GAU-12/U seven-barrel rotary canogun & one 7.62 X 51 MM HMG . . . Spike LR anti-tank missile can be optional . . .

Im confused. Why does this model carry only 6 dismounts? Spanish and Austrian IFV versions with a large turret can still carry 8. What is being traded here? more armor protection?

Rubber tracks...interesting. What’s the benefit there anyone?

smoother, quieter, faster, less roll resistance, fuel economy etc. Down side - non-repairable in field (replaced as a whole) I would guess.

I'd add their flexibility and internal reinforcements also gives them resilience to bulllets and frags unlike steel linkages, they are continuous bands unlike metal tracks..

Rubber band tracks are lighter and quiter than steel tracks. They also cause less vibration. But they are less robust and durable than steel tracks, that's why vehicles over 40 tons can't have them.
