Tesco just announced they're no longer in the business of selling physical games. I guess Asda are following suit. I'll get in the car now to scout out my local stores 😂

Worked at GAME for 2 years: we had a lot of those Moto GP 21s come in from the warehouse in delivery. They came sealed and often, along with some of the older Assassin’s Creeds on PS4. I’m guessing they just have a load of sealed games that never sold and now they’re trying to shift them as part of the 3 for 2. They all came in as ‘pre-owned’ on the system despite being new and sealed. Even games that were code-in-box were classed as ‘pre-owned’, when we would never take an over the counter trade-in of a code as they’re one time use. The reason that Moto GP was opened is because we have to gut them, putting the box out for display so customers know what we have in stock and putting the code/cartridge/disc in the back so it doesn’t get pinched. To explain the download code thing with Game on Moto GP, sometimes Game are sent old wholesale stock to sell, but have to sell it as preowned if it’s no longer on the system as new. They open them and put the cart/disc/code behind the counter in the drawer and then the case on the shelf. An employee explained it to me recently when I questioned something similar in the Leeds store!

Well Done on The DVD Boxset.. Even Ya Chairty Shops Are Like a Box of Chocolates.. You Never Know What Your Gonna Get.. I've Recently Got The GTA Trilogy on PS4 for £2 and Trades In for £14 in CEX (I Did a Some What 2 Part Vlog) Then Put It In a Trade Stack Towards a N64 Switch Contoller They Had In Stock In Another CEX They Had It In.. Theeeeeen Just Today Out of The Blue.. Why Not.. Ended Up with RDD2 on PS4 for £1.50 and Thought Why Not (Despite Try Not Be One of Them People Haha) It's £12 Trade In But Be Nice to Put Towards Something in My Collcetion.. I've Seen Them ASDA Deals Myself.. I Would Have Got Far Cry 6 as Well But None for £5 on Xbox.. But Have Played Abit of Far Cry 6 In a Free Play Weekend Before.. Anyways Despite The Long Comment Been Enjoying The New Take on Your Videos and I Try to Get Out Abit More Myself Even Been Maskless for The Summer But Ended with a Flu/Cold But Is Not The Other Thing Which is Good So I Can Be Maskless Still for I Dunno How Long till It's The Sucky Winter If I Need to Be Masked Again lolz

The only time I was in Game recently was a few months ago when I tried to buy the physical only Switch Devolver game Demon Throttle, which they had marked up at £16.99, only the manager wouldn't sell it to me at that price because he thought it was a mistake. I went and ordered the same game from CeX for the same price, then when I went back to Game the following week, the game was back on the shelf at £16.99 again. Frustrating.

I got f1 2021 for ps4 and ps5 for £5 from Asda. Also got wwe 2k22 for Xbox series x for £5 as well and sold both copies on Vinted for £12 each.
