Every negative feeling is a suppressed feeling. Circumstances just trigger and release them. Welcome them, then they become lighter. Our true nature is effortless, neutral, and easy. To reach self realization, there must be the sense of equality. There is no hierarchy in unity. Your concepts of limitations keep a lid on your innate happiness. When you realize how powerful your mind is in this material world, you become aware of your thoughts. You are no longer hypnotized. The voice in your head is not you. Thanks Rhonda and David. 18 August 2022. 🌷🌷🌷🌿🌿🌿🦋🦋🦋

Right, that's a nice summation mostly of what Rhonda seems to believe. The thing is:if you can't go to the past or the future, and if you don't have any thoughts, where are all those 'negative feelings'? Then there's just this, that which you are. Trying to deal with all those feelings one by one just reaffirms that there's a someone who can do all that, and it's an endless rabbithole for the mind to sink it's teeth into. None of it matters one iota. There's nothing in your way, unless it's a thought. Without that thought, what is there?. You're it already :) This whole thing can be seen in about 5 to 10 minutes with the right pointers.

So grateful for The Greatest Secret which I read a year ago (thank you Rhonda!!!) and tuned into David Bingham on Conscious TV again late January 2024. I then watched some 1:1 sessions on David's KZbin channel where he offers such gentle yet powerful wisdom with "refinements" for clients. Game changer. So crystal clear and simple. I self-realized with "everything sliding into my heart" on 3rd May 2020, after a lifetime of "clinical depression" and have been flip flopping from the impersonal to personal character for four years. The process was one of regulating my mind-body nervous system, lots of blissful meditations and then back into the world. David's recommendation of Shunya Murti - Sat Yoga Institue also a blessing for further expansion and clarity. I now share this interview with all my clients. Much love to ALL! Simone x 💗

See how effective you have created sickness, depression and adversity. Just turn them around and focus on what you want to create! You have to let go concepts of limitation. Neutrality will cut off energy supply to your thoughts. Thanks Rhonda and David. 18 August 2022. 🌿🌿🌿🦋🦋

Rhonda. Your intent - to free people from suffering and to put the truth in front of us - is well received.The truth that you are teaching, is now my truth. The extent to which how this makes me feel is indescribable. It's better than I could ever have imagined. This is the truth, I've been looking for all my life. I now return to my natural state. 💝💖😍🥰 Thank you, Rhonda, and Thank you, David, for your acumen to unravel the secrets of happiness. Thank you, Gideon, for your adroit leading of this incredible interview. Last night around 11 pm, I went out to grab a bite. As I walked to the place, I saw many young people drinking. I'm in Seoul Korea by the way. Many restaurants were packed with people drinking. Young lovely college girls were taking selfies at a wine bar, and young men were smoking cigarettes, jumping, and acting wild. Suddenly, I remember my life 23 years ago-back when I was working at a nightclub as an entertainer - earning lots of money with the intent to impress mom. I worked 30 days out of 31 days a month. The more money was accumulating in my bank account, the more anxiety, fear, and pressure grew. I always felt like a heavy baby elephant was sitting on my chest and I worry that I was going to get ill with an incurable disease or get betrayed. I hardly felt peace and joy. Now I realized what I wanted at that time was to be loved without having to do or be anything. After watching your videos for the past few weeks, and hearing the 'The Greatest Secret' audiobook Not only did I realize that I am loved but also the Infinite nature that I am. I also came to believe that I can have the things I want effortlessly. I feel like I won a 400 Million dollar jackpot after walking into a casino with the intent to win 50 grand. I hardly feel any negativity now. Even without the youth, beauty, and money I used to have, I feel so much happier and more peaceful. Now I believe all is well and will be well. I am confident that I can remain neutral and in any adversity in imperturbable peace. Thank you Thank you Thank you. ╰(*°▽°*)╯(T_T) Rhonda, I feel that I belong to Southern California. I feel that I am to be teaching the same thing you are teaching in the future. However, I have never been anywhere on the West coast of America though. I do not know anyone there. If you ever come across a lady who would be generous enough to invite me and benefit from having me as a housemate, mentee, student, or companion, please let me know. I'll fly over there. I am a U.S. citizen by the way. Hana (NIle) from Korea.🙏

I realized the Greatest Secret when I listened to The Power. At the time I thought you held yourself back from actually saying it in The Power because you thought it would be too much for people to hear that message at that time. So I am so happy that you continued your searching now sharing the truth with the Greatest Secret. You have changed my life and although I knew our True nature with reading The Power I was missing the details of how once we know our true nature how we can keep that awareness present. This has now given me the tools to keep myself aware everyday. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

This is really such a simple yet very complex topic. I don't know if I would be able to explain it to anyone, but you know it when you get to it. It's almost like the polar opposite of depression (I think), in that no matter what happens nothing has any effect on your happiness. It's a very odd thing for me to see that my fear, my anxiety, all the bad feelings, are just gone.

Negative thoughts and feelings are sufferings. We are effortless being. Therefore we let things come to us through Infinite Intelligence. We are covered by our beliefs which are almost always from limitations. Blissful happiness is our true nature. But mind is given too much attention. Thanks Rhonda and David. 18 August 2022. 🌹🌹🌹🌿🌿🌿🦋🦋🦋

it's too bad the interviewer sucks. David and Rhonda have so much more to offer than being treated like 5-year olds on camera. The guy who is interviewing really sucks the life out of this. It's a good thing these two have so much to offer because it overcomes the terrible interviewer skills.

Thanks for the amazing talk. Do I need to put effort to observe the mind? Because I get swept away by my strong thoughts and emotions very easily. It’s effortless being, but do I have to put effort to observe the mind until I discover that state of effortless being?
@Soul-Survivor4 ай бұрын
yes, in the beginning. The whole journey is really a slow recognition that "I wanted this experience" (of separation and suffering and escape from suffering). So do it in your own time. Nisargadatta uses the word "earnestness". In fact earnestness (quiet, gentle, persistent determination) IS effortless being. Its what is looking at this screen right now! ❤

It might be good to read The Secret over a few times. The more you read about the law of attraction the more it will help you understand how you can create what you want. Many people have read it many times and then read a chapter a day to keep them on track. The Greatest Secret goes much deeper than The Secret.
