I have introduced my son to this and he now helps me stay positive about everything we want... we have gotten the suitcases out to our next trip, came back and spoke about it as if we just came back( that level of invloving him) and he loves it, so we are always happy and expectant of this life we want. He's 13, so its still easier for him to do so and my invloving him was also to make him realise that he is a powerful creator and he has endless possibilities. That is why for children things happen easier! They don’t have their minds running negative thoughts all the time. When I want something I tell my kids to pray for it (focus and say it out loud) and it happens faster. Also, when we all think about the same thing we want it runs to work! We have only do it for little things so far.

I was quite familiar with the Law of Attraction, but am ironically new to you, Rhonda. It's really great listening to you. It's one thing to hear someone talk about the rules of the LoA, but it's a whole new thing entirely when the person speaking about it has no doubt wether its real and is so confident about it, and you can tell thats because of experience. The messages and answers are great, but what helps me even more is to occasionally feel your vibe and you giving me this feeling of 'Oh, of course you can do it too, it's easy.' You've no idea how powerful that is. 😄Keep up all you're doing!

Resistance is very powerful. It keeps you to the manifested circumstances like super glue. You cannot change anything when you have resistance. When your body tenses up, you are putting up resistance. When you are anxious or fearful, don't imagine anything. Visualize only when you feel good. Thanks Rhonda. 9 August 2022.

When you visualize, you do it in the present. So you imagine as you have it already in the present. You don't imagine having it in the future. You create in every second of your life. You think about it once and then forget! You already create consistently. But you want to create deliberately and consistently. Always talk and think about what you want in your mind. Thoughts have no power until you energize them to create manifestation. Think about what you want as though you have it already. It is easy to do when you get on the roll with the mind. It's just a program, a recording. It only takes a single thought to create if you don't contradict it with another thought. The quieter your mind is, the faster you manifest. I absolutely believe in the law of attraction. I have experienced it myself for myself. There are certain things that I wanted that I spoke about it and put in the necessary work to achieve it’s not magic it’s just what we think we vibrate into the universe. What we want and I have them I wanted a particular car and I wanted a new car. I’ve always driven old cars are hammy down cars finally in 2019 I bought a brand new Honda CRV fully loaded. I’m so proud of that also I am in the mist of another manifestation that is going to come to pass in about two weeks and I’ll be so glad to share it once it is solid. For traumatic memories and negative feelings or beliefs, the thought exercise beginning at 24:46 was really amazing! (The explanation before it starts around 23:00) I was shocked. I have never found anything like that before. It’s interesting how deep resentment, hurt, and accompanying anger is much harder to broaden awareness in than other negative emotions. I’m going to keep trying. I feel like this could be the key to finally being able to forgive certain people I haven’t been able to. I really would like more directions on doing this. If anyone knows if there’s any more in depth info on this, please let me know! Thanks.

Hello, I love the Welcoming exercise. It has helped to release a lot of suppressed feelings like severe anger and depression. I would be mad almost everyday. It was a bad angry attitude. It was like hell. When I started to do the releasing practice, it felt so good and exquisite when I released. Now, I’m free from anger problems and depression. It only took a few days. Ever since then, I’ve been happier than ever before.

so the mind wants you to be there and there but you need to stay in your heart. So…it’s really like daydreaming when you’re not focussed on anything. You will feel negative energy unwind from your chest area. You just do what Rhonda said that you open up your attention wide like a camera. But be cautious. This practice leads to ultimate freedom. But on the way I have experiences mental hell because I had like Mooji mention severe mind attacks because my ego didn’t want to surrender. So I suggest you to follow guidance like Mooji’s because it’s amazing but it’s gonna be hard too
