You should use dragon pulse because Draco meteor harshly decrease S.attack Draco meteor is strong move but still not good dragon pulse were better dragon pulse also good move with power 85

It's always difficult to decide between those two moves. Draco Meteor helps you to get tons of KOs that Dragon Pulse wouldn't. But the Sp. Att. drop can hurt a lot.
