the silent tactic about Legend ZA is interesting, we only saw the concept, not even the gameplay, we have not known anything about it for a year, but it is not something new in the world of games - we have been waiting for the gameplay of Metroid Prime 4 (Beyond) for a much longer time and behind the scenes there were a lot of problems with production. This may mean the same thing, or maybe they have it agreed with Nintendo due to the premiere of the new Switch

I think calling it the switch 2 is good. The switch is one of the best selling consoles of all time, and they are supposed to be just upgrading on that model. Switch 2 tells people that. you like the switch well get the new one. It's smart business. Also with them not having multiple consoles at one time. ie Game boy and the Snes. Their is no need to differentiate between them so much now. I expect the console they make after this will be the switch 3 and 4. Until they come out with a new thing like Nintendo VR, or something. I'm just glad they are going in normal numbering order. Not doing something like Xbox, Xbox 360, Xbox one, and Xbox series X/S. That is just dumb, and they already did that and messed it up with the Wii and Wii U. If it had been the Wii 2 it probably wouldn't have been such a failure. Though the Wii 2 does sound funny.

I wonder if they aren't giving us a trailer because it is going to be a launch title for the switch 2 and they are waiting for the switch 2 trailer before they drop theirs. I remember hearing it was definitely going to the switch though. So i don't know if that will be the case. Though it would have to suck to drop a trailer for your new game only to have the company go and release a new console right at the same time.

It's not that. Rather, it's because we haven't gotten ANY further information regarding the game since the teaser trailer. I mean, we've been kept in the dark for like, 10 months now. We don't want them to rush the game at all and I understand wanting to avoid spoilers. But sneak peeks and previews are a great way to generate hype and get people excited for what's to come. Without them, hype for a project can slowly die down. And sadly, it seems to be working, as I barely see anyone talking about it nowadays outside of people asking what happened to it or Poketubers with their "LEAKS REVEALED" vids.

@greninja-qm2tz I mean, I get that. But it was an announcement trailer. "Hey, we are working on this." I think it's a bit odd that people are raging about not getting news. Tears of the Kingdom was announced and then we didn't see anything for a whole 2 years (not to mention Metroid Prime 4). Its not that they showed us Z-A, said it releases soon, and then gave us nothing. For all we (officially) know, it's in development, and it was announced. I personally don't mind the silence. They WILL release trailers once we're getting up to release, theyre not going to sit in silence until it releases. But we don't have a release date. I think it's a bit uncalled for to rage about no trailer when the game was merely announced.
