Fun fact, the character was actually slated to fight and defeat Freddy and Jason. Robert Englund who plays Freddy actually wanted the character to meet his end to Ash. Sadly the two companies who own Freddy and Jason, wouldn't agree to having them lose to Ash. They turned it into an awesome comic though called Ash vs Freddy vs Jason. Definitely check it out.

1. In the movie, Ash has a hook on the shoulder of his harness, and the starter of the chainsaw clips onto it, so he can start the chainsaw by swinging his arm down. That’s what’s happening in the animation. 2. Epic added special sound effects for the Knowby Cabin, including wind, laughter, and the freaking porch swing which is what Tabor heard. Great vid, Tabor!

I believe the creaking/banging noise is supposed to be the little hanging bench at the front of the house that gets pushed by the wind, hits the wall then stops suddenly. Happens in the first Evil Dead when they first arrive at the cabin

The sound you heard at the cabin I think is meant to be the swing on the front porch. As I recall from the two early Evil Dead movies it would swing side to side on the porch bouncing off the cabin wall.

This is the most hyped I have ever been for this game honestly. I cannot complain about this, as this has been a dream of mine for years, but my only critique with it is that they should have done his Ash Vs. the Evil Dead counterpart as he has a prosthetic hand that functions that he can swap out for his chainsaw. Nonetheless it is amazing though.

Fun fact about fortnite (evil dead style): In save the world, you can equip other heroes to give bonuses with different names. Diecast Jonesy’s perk is called Boomstick. In increases the goin’ commando ability’s crit rating by 45% and crit damage by 100% (I really like it)

3:40 Fun fact and spoiler alert(?): Bruce Campbell makes a cameo in Dr Strange: MoM where he works at a food stand. Strange gets agitated with him and casts a “spell” to where he repeatedly smacks himself in the face with the same hand the got possessed in Evil Dead 2. End credit go back to him where it finally stops lol. Kind of a Easter egg/ reference from the movie. 👍🏾
