What an epic of a song!! Very well composed and rehearsed! That’s not just a song you write and play it’s more of a journey. It’s like what we would want from magical mystery tour!

Mikey always looks like he is playing the most challenging line ever. This song is extremely fast and complex, the bass is incredible. How anyone could think Nick Oliveri would be better for Queens is beyond me.

***** for what they were playing back then, Oliveri was better for Queens. But they have changed a lot from the drug crazed beginnings. I do prefer Mikey though

+Javi Gaxiola I meant that in a lot of songs the bass just follows the guitar riff, and doesn't really pop out if you know what I mean.

when QOTSA played i appear missing everyone was just standing there in awe. my eyes were fixed to the large tv screen behind the band that was playing the video clip. it was so captivating it was like i was in my own little world and the band were playing everything to me. was jumping around for their other songs but this one was just so powerful and intense live that everyone was just so into the music they forgot to move.

The art of playing the thightiest sloppy music. Imagine being any instrumentist at 0:20 and trying to rythmicly lock with the others, not as perfect machines that have metronomes in their head (maybe except Jon Theodore) but as individuals who manage to install a groove that somehow looks very unstable but at the same time is so fucking connected and solid. How do they do ? Magic. No other explanation.

This is precisely why I A) Love Rock/metal in general as they seem to to pull this off better than other genres of music (generally speaking) B) Love the band Them Crooked Vultures. As those guys know how to jam/perform live together while bringing their own style/grove to their songs.

Man is a poet. Terrible sadness in the description of his experience : the shock, literally, of his situation and his emotional desertion by his partner. Take note: 2010. Hung in there against the odds for 9 MORE YEARS.......
