I'm a Muslim. Whoever says la ilaha illallah with his/her heart will enter the paradise of Allah. We all believe in one and the same God. He is the owner of everything. We belong to him. Very nice song, thanks so much.

Asher, this is a stunning and musical and visual feast. As usual your music and notes reveal what a deeply spiritual person you are and real. I love this. I have been behind in my subscription and even my own music because I am preparing to move. There is so much to do but I had to take time to see and her this incredible performance and visual art in motion. I have a number of books of Rumi and am familiar with these words and have prayed them. At one time there was a group of men that I attended that same similar music and did circle dances. It was called the Dances on of Universal Peace. A brilliant and devout Dominican Brother lead the group and still today gives retreats. He has a center called the Shem Center in Oak Park now. I must share this video with him. Brightest Blessings.
@AshaSongs8 жыл бұрын
Yes, the Dances of Universal Peace are Sufi inspired, Dano, and Rumi is a top man. It is all about the ecstacy of the Divine. That is my nature... I am not quiet. I sing God's praises, but not as an evangelist... only as a lover.
@wbworkout8 жыл бұрын
Eloquently said and that is why I so love your music. We are alike in that way but different and manifestation. I think you are so ahead of me when I read your notes, which I save to reflect on. I have always thought of "God" as a lover and friend and when most of our beliefs are stripped away and all the theory and dogma dissipates we are left with love and the God who is our friend. Theres has been a great stripping away in the last few years and now that I am moving the material in many ways I am surrendering as I pack and purge and l;look over the material things which symbolized my life and it's evolution, symbols of my search and spiritual presence that I bring to the world in my unique way. The only thing about moving is I have to ficus and do not have the much time for much or art creating. Even my garden needs some TLC but remains much and verdant. I send brightest blessings and is this song on a recording yet?

It's simple. It's a song I composed inspired by the Sufi mystical tradition. There is no reference to Judaism in this song. I sing at the end in the language of my heart... it is intuitive spiritual feeling. This is called 'Euphonics'! I'm English but I live in Budapest. I am drawn to Hungary because of it's mystical thread of shamanism & Christianity (the Pálos & Táltos traditions etc), not the mainstream Catholic thread. This version of the song was filmed in concert.
