This was a very undeserved award and recognition. No hating on the poor girl but she had been out just for one year and her succes was very blown up. The people who started that online petion were right: she didn't have an alluring stage presence and a great voice either. And where is she now?! I guess that people at Soul Train have problem to recognise the icons of tomorrow. Ashanti' success lasted only two years.
