He had more than 20 people he could have hugged before he got to her. Nelly has been wanting her back for years, his ego and pride wouldn’t allow him to approach her. Trust and believe he was sending messages through her industry friends back to her. Ashanti just never budged. His parents still talks to her even after they broke up.

She is going to re-record them so the former record company and Irv Gotti won't get a proceed from the sale from the original version of her album but when you re-record an album all the proceed goes to the artist and not the former record label or managers they have no benefits from the album being re-recorded or being sold/ resold to the consumers the same way that Taylor Swift is doing the lyrics may stay the same but may change the way the original version may sound.
