Look at university of Regina admission criteria - as a student you can work limited hours (I think 20 in week)

no, the disability of kids will not impact your PR. In 2018 a new policy was adopted, which stated children with intellectual disabilities, such as autism or Down syndrome, will no longer be denied due to special education needs.

@@iak9127. Depending on which province you land. In Ontario you have to register for OAP(Ontario Autism Program). The wait for funds for core clinical services is 5-7 years. You get other limited services like OT/Speech etc for free. But it will also take a year on waitlist. Education is free for all kids . If you plan to do private therapies, the cost is approx $60-&70/hour.

Health care system here is under pressure like any other province - but we had no issues - I know families who have had surgeries etc free of cost
