Normally my junglers are 50/50 but recently it's been 99% bad, but for whatever reason the enemy jg is always either a smurf or they just know how to right click... lmao. Ashe works like this: On frosted enemies get +10% dmg Crit chance makes the autos slow stronger the % of the critchance is added as multiplier to the frosted dmg IE adds the 25% + another 25% means if you build IE first you have a 25% chance of getting a stronger slow and on frosted enemies you have 110%+25%(chance)+25%(IE) correct me if i have something wrong this is just how I remembered it

In case you're wondering: Ashe auto's do more damage when an enemy has Frost. With IE, this extra damage is increased. Her crits don't do extra damage, but if you crit, the slow is doubled
