I like tear with winters approach, gives you a huge guaranteed sheild and mana for sustained fighting. Then mix it in with your fav items as yous stack it.

What about like an axiom and a maligance with a rushed warmogs and just bully ur opponent and keep him at like level 3 all game with tryndramere... I mean I don't play him but if u can use his ult like infinity times. Ull never die lol.
