Left pulmonary artery. Does not compute. There's only one pulmonary artery and it is on the right and it is not connected to any 'large veins'. And wtf is that on the ecg? I guess we don't watch for accuracy.

Look it up. There is in fact two pulmonary arteries. One for each lung. What you were probably thinking of is the Pulmonary trunk which is what the two arteries branch off of. Every artery leads into a vein at some point. That’s what capillaries are for. In fact, once oxygen rich blood leaves the lungs it gets transported back to the heart via pulmonary *veins.* Most veins in general carry deoxygenated blood back to the heart so it can then pass through the pulmonary arteries and back to the lungs to get oxygen rich again before rerunning the pulmonary circuit back to the systemic circuit. As for the ECG, I’m no doctor so I can’t tell you what’s on it.

"I want kids. Just not right now," is a perfectly good explanation. Anxiety is normal for a major life change/commitment. We tend to rationalize and justify after the fact as a defense mechanism.
