This is season 4 episode 4, the woman comes in with preeclampsia and they have to run a line to save the woman and babies who are dying because her body is trying to kill them. Sean wants to try inducing labour just long enough to deliver one baby so the other can live but in the middle the mother starts panicking. The reason Sean says they need to do a c-section is because the drugs aren't stopping the labour. But the other woman calms her down and the labour stops. In the last bit of the show the mom is still pregnant and the first baby is on a ventilator which i believe is an implication they both live. Have a lovely day, beautiful people
