Additive tank mitigation is guaranteed to be stronger. You have 43÷ mitigation. Courage gives 10. If multiplicative: you'll have 47.3. if additive you'll have 53. It flips over 100. Nobody has 100÷ mitigation. That's make you immortal

No, ptr patch notes are not NDA. There have been multiple devs that said this is ok. The ptr has a visual NDA so no actual gameplay of ptr can be shown

I am not sure why Legendaries are in the game unless it's just for testing. Players are only level 25 so to find or craft Legendaries should not be happening at these skill levels.

Most games, have multiple rarity tiers at every level breakpoint, it's pretty common
