A subtle detail I love is that against Bardock & Turles he’s unsure if it’s him, but against Black the voice clip against the actual Goku also plays. Other characters like Bardock are able to notice a difference, but 13 being an Android only goes by the fact that Black & Goku are exactly identical with no other differences that he can sense.

The Piccolo and Trunks quotes would give the initial impression that 13, driven by his sole directive, isn't all that malicious towards anyone that isn't his target and would even give them the chance of leaving unharmed. But that Kid Gohan quote really showed 13's dark side in that he'd kill Gohan or any friend or family of Goku's just to draw his target out.
