I'm also from Pakistan living in semi-Government area ( Government + and a specific unit of army). so here Chairman is civilian but his authority is like equal to Clerk. and all the orders are given by that Unit's Brig or Col. They transferred a lot of civilians from here and bringing here the armies families. and a lot of more

Their propaganda & privileges were exactly same as our Army. But when the time came the mighty soviet army could not prevent collapse of the 70 year old empire. A absolute jerk of a person Boris Yeltsin stood up & the mighty empire collapsed. When people will realise that army has actually become the largest business corporation in Pakistan. Their businesses range from food stuff, construction, transportation/logistics, banking, cement, oil/lubricants, real estate development & property dealing to name few. And how systematically they have institutionalised their businesses then change will come. Destroy CDA, LDA, KDA so DHA’s can flourish. Destroy Pakistan Railways so NLC can flourish. Destroy Private sector construction companies so FWO can flourish. Look at their perks. Lieutenant General at his retirement other than his pension is worth at least 30-40 crore rupees in form of allotted plots during service. This is a totally clean General who is not involved in any sort of corruption or arms deal. Name one army in the whole world where you are worth this much at retirement. Change will come the day people of Pakistan will realise ISPR is spending trillions of rupees on hybrid 5 th generation propaganda warefare on its own people every year. They like soviets think that everything is under there control, they have taken care of everything & they are untouchable but they are wrong. History has many examples. Today people have started openly talking about them tomorrow people will come out also against their 70 years of experimentation with this country.
