Hi Sir, It was a well-articulated analysis. I don't have a similar life experience to yours, and I haven't witnessed these politicians firsthand as you have. However, I do possess a very logical mind, which I believe we share. I'm a graduate of LUMS and have been working in corporate for 10 years now. I'm apolitical and view politics through an entirely different lens. I have a few questions, if you could address them, please: 1- If the conflict was only between QFI and PTI, why did Justice Mansoor Ali Shah write the letter on the day QFI was retiring, calling him a lowly man? 2- When Justices Mansoor Ali Shah and Muneeb Akhtar were not fixing the case as per the will of QFI, why did a presidential ordinance suddenly come regarding the P&P bill, and in the evening, QFI removed Justice Muneeb and replaced him with Justice Amin ud din? 3- When Justice MAS requested to put the ordinance in front of the full court, why did Justice QFI refuse and never call back the full court again in his tenure? 4- QFI wanted to fix a review of reserve seats even before the complete judgment, which was refused by Justices Muneeb and MAS. Please keep in mind that at that time, the PTI bat case review was still not fixed. 5- Why, just 3-4 days before his retirement, did he fix the review case of the Bat symbol? 6- When Justice Bandiyal was not calling a full court for the P&P bill, Justice QFI refused to sit in court and kept writing letters. When QFI became CJP, he implemented that bill and shared the master of the roster power among the top 3 judges. Then why did he have to go against this master of the roster power and keep running the P&P committee with just 2 members? 7- Why did QFI write to the ECP in his last days about the SC reserve seat decision, stating that if the decision (given by 7 judges) was unconstitutional, the ECP was not bound to act on it? While we know that all SC decisions are BINDING. 8- Why didn't QFI fix the case of 6 IHC judges letter who were harassed by the agencies during his tenure? 9- Why didn't QFI fix the military trial cases during his tenure? 10- QFI mentioned in his dissenting note on the reserve seat that taking the BAT symbol doesn't mean the party's existence is removed. Then why didn't he intervene before the election of 8th Feb when the ECP was unconstitutionally eliminating one party from the election? Even though the review of the Bat symbol was filed at that time, it wasn't taken up. Why did QFI keep watching all this? 11- Why didn't QFI take suo moto when the nomination papers of one party were snatched from RO offices, courts, and roads to tell the ECP that PTI is still a party and voting is a constitutional right of the general public? He could have used that opportunity to direct the ECP that they had unconstitutionally eliminated a party from the election process. Sir, I know you're a very logical person who doesn't believe in the "Either you're with us or you're a terrorist" mindset and is extremely internally driven, not worrying about popular opinion. Well, in some or more ways, I'm also like you, so I've tried to put some logical questions in front of you. Please read them with an open mind and respond to them, either by making a short video or just replying to this message. Thank you and good day!

Please now give answer to these Qs if you consider yourself a man of rationale and argument. We all are following your political & societal analysis for quite long. If you are unable to respond, this reflects you don't have any answer. Litmus test for any human being is once he is witnessing and observing things, and had to decide btw good and evil being neutral. But if you still stick to your years old experience despite observing new things on daily basis, it reflects you are hollow in your own self.

I respect your question.but the answer of questions is not simple as you think .Sometime correct answer may lead toward further complexities.and your are still want your answer than start from Saqib Nisar , General Zaheer Islam Faiz Hameed and bajwa doctrine.you will get your answer.The problem is not Imran Khan Nawaz ,Zardari . PTI won elections without establishment support. Most of there candidates were unknown grass root level worker. IK himself is not financial corrupt. Qazi was rubbish, he misused his power. Since he became CJ, has he done anything good?

Speaking of logic we are now number 3 on the world's unsafe countries. You saying a person self driven the same person The chief justice Who can't give safety and justice to his judiciary. The person who closed his eyes even when his subordinates or colleagues were threatened. Judges of high court are complaining and writing him letters about the incidents happened to them. It is interesting that PTI supporters' history starts from April 2022. They don't remember anything before that. You never speak of same things going on in previous elections and even before that. If you condemned all antidemocratic moves against all parties in Pakistan (against pmln, ppp and ANP etc), I'm with you. But if your problems start only when PTI gets hit, then you don't have the right to cry. You enjoy benefits of brutal force used against other parties and feel proud of it, and screaming when it comes around to you. Either say that it was wrong for all, or stop acting like a sham pro-democracy activist.

Aashir Sir, you have been quite vocal and advocate of logic which is highly admirable. I have been ardent supporter of logical mindset and rational opinions based on facts, figures and ground realities. A person who believes in himself, follows his own instincts and ideas just because he thinks himself right isn't enough unless his ideas, personality and mindset is also aligned with the facts, fugues, rationale and ground realities. No matter how much Qazi Faiz Eesa has been honest, upright and straightforward but unfortunately his personality, his decisions, his mindset and ideology has not been aligned with required justice, present facts and original ground realities especially during last 2 years. Sir, I'm not representing any political party but rule of justice. When a person is sitting at such a prestigious post, he needs to keep his own mindset and personality aside and he should feel the responsibility with relevant sensibility. He ought to make justice prevailed. With your explanation I must say that unfortunately, Qazi Faiz Eesa has been away from justice and honesty which was required from him following his so called personality and mindset.

So his entire argument (logic) is: 1. Their supporters were noisy and didn't let me sleep? 2. Why was an ex-sportsman/ political leader IK not aware of bureaucratic policies? 3. I have implemented an automated documentation and design implementation system in a mutinational company with 200 offices around the world. It tooks us five years and millions of dollars with indian manpower to achieve the target. What KPK govt had achieved was not ideal but most practical approach in the given circumstances and "this is my sincere opinion" if you disagree with this then this is your personal opinion but is only good opinion from a bureaucrate's perspective 😊 We had even few better bureaucrates then you but what could they have achieved. Even you with all your talent and creativity couldnt expose the system with true colors that IK has achieved single handedly with his "shallow" ideology😊.

Ashir bhai, we have very high respect for you. I am not a big supporter of IK. I try my utmost to support what is right. However, I have logical difference of opinion about Qazi. First of all he is 'Overly talking Judge'; This is extremely inappropriate; Secondly being a human being he is all 'Self praise'. This is called 'the worst truth by Imam Ali A.S., even if that is true. Thridly, when the reference was filed against London flats, the stand taken by Qazi and his wife in front of other fellow judges was that 'the property in the name of a spouse of a judge cannot be considered the property of the judge'. This is an exceptional case. Why so? Plus the property in the name of his wife is registered with changed spelling outside Pakistan. Why so? If the young boy of a bakery cursed Qazi, why was he kidnapped by the agencies and his brother was also tortured? Why did Qazi disallow a popular political party to contest elections with its elecion symbol? Why did Qazi never contest the refusal of Election Commission to follow the judgement of fellow judges of the Supreme Court? Why did Qazi didn't take any action when 6 honorable Judges of Islamabad High Court filed written complaint that they were coerced by agencies, and that the Chief Justice of High Court Islamabad wasn't taking any action? So on and so forth. You may respond to above before calling Mr Qazi a family man etc. I am not an advocate to defend IK.

Your analysis about Qazi Faiz is incorrect. Qazi was not a judge during Musharraf time. First check it. He bought flate in London when he gave decision of Hudabia Mills. His wife use dual name one for Pakistan and second for Spain. It's second time I realized you don't like Imran Khan or PTI. Please read family history of Qazi family.
