@@pratikpatra3734 you are correct but some where that's a plus point in his linkedin profile and resume, recruiters look for top college students first I mean you yourself will not prefer a fruit that is less flourished than a fruit that is more flourished and gives more benefits. When recruiters want to hire candidates they apply filters on linkedin then all the top tier guys comes first leaving all those from 2 3 tier clg's so the real struggle is with t3 clg students

one of your tips which you told to change linkedIn profile link to readable one, but I think putting long linkedIn link is little bit older, other than this you can hyperlink your profile. Hyperlink showing text may be LinkedIn/Ashish and url may be your exact profile link
