Weight Loss and Meal Planning can be difficult, especially when you become busy with work, children and lifestyle commitments. By spending 1-2 hours per week preparing meals, I was able to create more than a week's worth of food that left me feeling full and energised without loading my body with unhealthy options. Getting organized for the week is made so much simpler with meal planning and there are so many healthy recipes out there that means you don't necessarily have to eat the same old boring recipes over and over again. I will definitely continue with this meal planning routine as it leaves me feeling much more organized and its a routine that works with our lifestyle and doesnt require too much effort!
