I can't thank you enough for this. I was terrified of submerging the pump in my new fountain. The words "cord", "water" and "electricity" spell DEATH TRAP INFERNO to me. I put about 3 tablespoons of water in and kept wondering why the water wouldn't run ( no fill level on my fountain either...) I got brave and filled the basin up with water. Shazam! A working fountain. Watching someone else do it first really helped.

I would like to add one thing, depending on the fountain that you get slowly adjust the switch from the negative to the position because I flipped the switch from negative straight to positive and it pumped the water so high in the air it made a mess everywhere. In the video her fountain just flow faster but mine didn't so be careful with the switch on the pump.

Hi, I bought one too and in 7 days it started to build mold in the inside. I decided to return it since I think it's to hard to clean the top and make sure that there is no mold. Beside that I did loved it so much! The sound was great and watching it running too.

I have no idea where the part that has the lights goes, and how to change the colors. For something so simple, it's not.

It depends on the dust and debris. 😂😂I change mines weekly because my parakeet flies freely and he loves the fountain ⛲️. He bathes in it and sometimes there is 💩 in it.

My fountain has a hole in the basin for the water to go back into the base of the fountain to reciculate. Am I supposed to cover the basin hole with water when I fill it?

There should be some type of tubing to help recirculate that water.

Maybe add more water. Check that the tubing is connected tightly. If that doesn't work exchange for a new one

I got the small size and got holes in the side where the piping is and it now leaks into the mini waterfall. Do you have tips to fix it and patch it

If you are in your return window time I would exchange it. You have I believe its at leasts 90 return. If not try flex seal for the holes. I hope this helps.
