that fish will die in there
@dominic.h.33633 жыл бұрын
@@velnionestasirpamestas That fish will be completely fine in there. It's a complete waste of effort trying to house a Betta splendens in anything more than 12 liters, because these fish tire very easily when swimming. Just look at how clumsily it's waggling its huge tail! I've had a double halfmoon in a 60 liter for several years and he's never moved more than 10 centimeters in either direction from the place he picked initially. Not even my plakats swam across a larger area than 30 by 30 centimeters during their entire lifespan, and they've had plenty of opportunity through the several years they lived... For any other species of fish you'd be right, but you are dead wrong with Bettas.
@velnionestasirpamestas3 жыл бұрын
@@dominic.h.3363 ok. Your point is valid, but where is the filter, heater? Yes it does look nice, but its not ready for a fish to live there. Yes its arguable, but id say the fish wont be happy in there
@dominic.h.33633 жыл бұрын
@@velnionestasirpamestas Biological filtration is done in full by the huge plant mass in the tank. Adding filtration media is unnecessary. A heater? Which asian country do you think does have the climate necessary for that? Even if the guy wasn't asian, he obviously knows what he is doing so maybe he is heating his room instead of his individual tanks, it's much cheaper to do that. Plenty of showrooms omit the heater and rely on their AC even in Europe. We who have kept fish for years and years have all these things figured out, everything you complain about is general cookie-cutter practice that doesn't apply to everything in existence that is a fish tank.
