We were told that all of our items were in stock except for one, okay no problem. We were given a date of delivery. On the date of delivery there was no delivery and no call. When we called they said a delivery was not scheduled, this happened 6 times ! Two salespersons called on separate occasions and pretended to take care of the problem and schedule it, No delivery 😑 Hurricane Ida hit us hard but Ashley Furniture hit us harder

So sorry that this has happened to you and your family. Ashley Furniture used to be such a good affordable furniture company with great quality pieces. I hope they get it together because I have seen a lot of complaints about this company similar to yours lately. 💖

Hello FM, since you have the name of the bed you can go online to Ashley’s website and get a description of the bed. The system will also off additional pieces related to the collection. There is a store locator on the site which will give you a phone number to contact the store. A salesman can assist with your questions. 💜

Ashley furniture is a complete ripoff. Their furniture is shoddy and their warranty is a complete scam. I wasted over 2000 dollars on a sectional couch that didnt last a year. COMPLETE RIPPOFF !!!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!!!!X

Ashley Furniture has to be junk I've put thousands of pieces together selder and generic furniture that Myers or Walmart sells is probably made better than any Ashley's piece of furniture that I have ever had to put together but what do I know I've only been putting furniture together for 35 years

Do not buy this. Cushions breakdown looks terrible. Insurance refused to cover it. Just got it! December 2020. Disgusted
