Reminds me a little of Roseanna Rogers, the one who had the best version of Mule Skinner Blues. It had Loretta Lynn's banjo player Harold Morrison picking on it. Ashley reminds me of her tone and volume some.

I seen her years ago at a very small venue south of Nashville at a singer songwriter show. The second she sang her first verse I knew she’d be a star. She sounded fantastic around a campfire just as she did on this stage. NO auto tune needed with Ash. Her sound guy has the easiest job in the biz!

Ashley doesn't get the recognition she deserves, but neither does Kris. He was 1 of the last surviving Highwaymen for me growing up. The only surviving member now is Willie. Their song, "Highwaymen," was blasted in my daddys mechanic shop on repeat and is still one of my best childhood memories. We used to sing it together while he was pulling motors out of cars he was rebuilding.
