Yes, she is all that and more! Her voice just purrs at times doesn't it? Her voice is quite unique. Yes, great tremolo guitar too-she is a fantastic songwriter as well. I have her "The Blade" album and it is phenomenal--every song is good. After seeing her in Pistol Annies I had to buy it. It's got many different styles on it plus Vince Gill produced it. Highly recommend it!

Brilliant! Ashley's perfect delivery on the songs start has me wondering what I did wrong to have Ashley want to hurt me. That wonder quickly turns to a different realization as I am now riveted to each lyric as it is revealed. The sultry smooth Jazz influence has me swaying as Ashley's perfect vocal intuition has me longin for more and wishing she "would never let me go." The instrumental style and jazzy harmony has me thinking this could be a nice addition to the Cathedrals Pop Radio" on Pandora. My first introduction to Ashley Monroe's music 4 years after its release . It was not my last. Keep rolling on.

I don't see how she's not gotten the same exposure as any other female country artist like Carrie Underwood, Miranda Lambert ( who she's bandmates with in Pistol Annies) & many others who haven't even been out as long as Ashley. Oh & did I mention she's beautiful!! Ashley has a unique sound & she can blend her voice beautifly when doing a duet with a female or male artist. I am saddened to read recently about Ashley's rare cancer diagnosis. God I pray for you Ashley! Dear God please I hope it's been caught early, Ashley does well with treatment & soon she'll be in remission. ❤️
