hey Ashley! glad you're doing well. your videos are like a reminder to check-in with myself. I'm trying to be less passive in my life -- do hobbies, go to events, reach out, learn, complete tasks as soon as I think of them. I feel like I'm always waiting for myself to become who I want to without actually doing the work to be her. I'm graduating this year and am scared at how quickly the potential that comes with being on a college campus and my time with friends is passing by. I have no job lined up and am not even really sure what I want to do. Pile on the stress of being in the US right now. So I need to focus on building self-confidence and slowing down. Saying yes has helped. Last night my roommates and I went sledding in the snow. Simple joys! And I'm taking a jazz dance class (I'm really bad but it's fun!)

I learned a lot and grew a lot for sure! But I also somehow forgot how lovely it is to thrive WITH friends.. SO luckily, I am grateful to be heading into 2025 with a much lighter heart and healthier, happier mindset 🥹 the power of friendship is real...

@ Thank u 🫶🏼. I would recomend The Evolution of Calpurnia Tate by Jacqueline Kelly, its about a 10 year old that lives in 1899 and wants to be a scientist. Also almost any book written by Taylor Jenkis Read is amazing. And Maybe you should talk to someone by Lori Gottlieb, its about a pshycologist and its was an amazing book, I learnt a lot reading it. I usually read fantasy so I dont have that many recommendations for fiction, sorry. Hope this helps finding a new book!! ❤️

Girly... lifting procedure😮 your skin is already goals. Result 34 is crazy. But i guess it's healthy to address some concerns forehead. You are super pretty and fresh. And young of course, but i feel a bit off when someone tells me i look young. Like it's a bad thing to look older than 25. I'm tring to not to talk down on aging because i feel it's not accepted, especially for girls. As i turned 30 last year... Not gonna lie, kindda struggling 😅 but it's not because of the number. It's more about feeling behind in life and little sings on my face reminding me that in the mirror. I also started doing some procedures lately. For me, i wanna look less tired 😂i wanna look like I'm fresh 30yo. But now I look and feel like a tired ass. I'm sure if your skin got 34, mine will get 56😅
