Blonde Balayage Highlights Technique! (Root Tap,Toner, Dimensional Blonde)

I'm back with another tutorial! I hope this helps you guys and you learn something new :)
This is a dimensional blonde balayage and this is just my technique. this is also considered a foilayage. Also Balayage Highlights! Just a form of technique.

Have you tried to use Olaplex? It really helped my hair and it has been 6 months and it’s still heathy and feels silky smooth. Just a suggestion ☺️
