Hi Ashley! I had a somewhat similar experience yesterday at a restaurant. I let the staff know that I had somewhere to be at a certain time. They were very evasive about when the food would be ready. I ended up leaving after about an hour. As you mentioned, I hadn’t eaten since breakfast. That and several other things ruined a day that started off great. I know exactly how you feel, and I can learn from how you turned to positivity the next day, instead of ruminating about everything that went wrong . ❤
