As someone who said “ima get in the gym” as my New Year’s resolution in 2022, and has been in there since? I’d say, just start off slow. I used to just go to the gym and walk on the treadmill. For like a month, got faster and added a machine. Go at your own pace, make it enjoyable for you. Do workouts you like, watch Tik tok tutorials, Create a playlist. It’s mostly mental, when you change your mindset of “this is what I have to do for the rest of my life,” instead of giving yourself a time limit, it helps you pace yourself. Also, diet is really big in weight loss. I have my week every month where I just eat like shit, but I eventually get back to the clean eating. Don’t beat yourself up and just take your time. You been here for 30 yrs and ya got 30 more to go. Ashley you look great, can see the progress in your face and chest. Progress can also slow down and it can be discouraging, but once the workout gets easy, do some research and take it up a notch more. Progress is slow, but you have to train your mind to be consistent and patient. Just don’t get discouraged. I only went to the gym because I didn’t have the equipment at home, but I would if I could. I still try to go at times I know that not many ppl will be there and I wear alot of oversized sweatsuits. I workout in the corner, it’s been 2 yrs and I still can’t get to the front where the mirror is 😂. You’re doing amazing Ashley, 2025 will be your year. Makes me a lil sad to hear you speak like that, but I definitely understand. Nothing nobody can tell you until you actually feel it. And only you can make yourself feel more confident. I will say that working out has made me feel just physically better, helps my confidence too, (also boost my sex drive 😉no cap!) But I just think the world of you girl! Love your mind, ima barb so you get on my nerves sometimes 🤣 but I’ve been following you for a long time cuz of rox and there is absolutely nothing disgusting about you, and a thousand reasons to love you 🥰 Hope you see this!

Yes, they do halftime shows. They had slim thug bigxtheplug and some other dude at the first game (Texans). If they don’t have an actual performance it’s something else to take up time during half time. I’ll be at the Texans game on Xmas since we have season tickets and when I heard Beyoncé going to be there I damn near lost my mind!

I’m a Lyft driver. I always make sure I get gas and food before I start driving so I don’t have to stop. It has been times where I may have to get gas again with a passenger bc I’ve been driving a long time.

See I monitor my gas carefully. I fill up before I start and fill up again at a 1/4 of a tank between passengers. I take myself offline to get gas though.

All you really need to do is walk a good distance, try to make it 45 mins to an hour 4-5 days a week if not every night. at a good speed. Remeber, you have to build muscle first before you can lose the fat. The stronger you are the easier it will get!

I'm a New Yorker and I been and Always cancel uber & have never paid for a cancelation fee or any thing. I'm a firm believer in Never paying for a service I didn't use= canceled. I used to make sure I use my bank card instead of the credit cards that I prefer to use, that way as soon as I cancel and the charge go thru I would call my bank on a regular and tell them I didn't use the service and they automatically would reverse the charges and I wouldn't have to contact uber ever
