As I was rocking my daughter to sleep one night, I was trying to think of a Halloween song I could sing to her that wasn't too scary, and decided to make up my own. I wondered what a witch might sing to her own baby, and came up with this. I hope you like it, and Happy Halloween! 🦇🌙

What a beautiful and bewitching song. I loved the way it played with tones of darkness and light with the simple, soothing melody of a lullaby dancing over an eerie, magical undercurrent. I was raised as a southern Baptist, but in adulthood I have found that God isn't a ceremony that takes place on Sunday. God is an eternal force, as is nature and as is every other force He created. Be it angel, fairy, spirit or lesser (celebrated) entities, God is present in them all. There is light and darkness in everything, and denying that darkness is denying yourself for the human being you are.
