@@bobdole7292 she’s not removing food groups? She’s eating carbs fats and protein and eating a balance of whole foods and more processed foods.. that’s what I’m referring to- as long as you replace what you are before with vegan versions I don’t see how it’s restrictive?

@@Elena-pq8yp carbs fats and proteins are not food groups, they’re macronutrients. You can’t just replace meat and animal products with plant options are assume everything is the same

Ashley, normally high quality foods tend to get bad easier and faster than very processed foods full of additives and that kinda stuff, also if the food was exposed to different climates help to go bad fast
