I take burgers out of boxes and put them in snap lock bags to put in the freezer. I write on the bag what the item is. It seem to help with the ice situation that gets inside the box

Bread is a protein source, around 16% similar to a lot of protein bars and snacks. Also almond milk could easily have over 8g of protein per cup. The average store bought almond milk has about 4 almonds per cup with a bunch of thickening agents. If you made it with just almonds and water though.
