It feels like WotC is trying to make as many Mono Red Burn commanders as possible for edh. They've made like 7 viable mono red commanders in the past 2 years lol

Yeah no joke. Ive covered a bunch of them and as much as i like mono red, they are all getting to be very samey. Im not sure that mono red burn was an archetype that needed a ton more support. 😄

Kao's deck really suprised me. I lost track of how each Assassin was getting in, getting overly focused on Ezio. A really interesting aggro deck. One of my more explosive Graaz games too. First time i ever successfully assembled the original Tron lands (check a box off the bucket list).

Good to have you back! In cedh, Ashling is definetly fringe, but can be competitive. There is a loop with her that is like Gitrog where you can have two fork spells copying each other and loop your deck with a shuffle Eldrazi Titan. You can win by going mana positive with rituals and lightning bolt. Haven't tried out my list yet in a real game but it looks promising.

Ah yes this all makes sense. And if you cast a firebrand archer while going through a loop like that, easy gg. Let me know how the cedh version goes once you get a few games under your belt. I am curious :)

@@CommanderReplayi honestly dont think you need the firebrand here, since if youre looping your deck and casting the rituals in between, you just add a few lightning bolt effects (the new ghostfire slice seems pretty solid!) and just add that into your loop so that you can win from a boardstate of just ashling and lands.
