What a discipline you have. Thank you for sharing your process. I have learned how crucial it is to have a story bank which you can pull a story from and integrate it into your weekly email. I usually write emails from top to bottom: hook, story, ending/P.S./CTA. Interesting to know how you do it. Maybe I try that too. Would you say you put the most effort into creating emails (as your main content) first and KZbin, blog, and socials come second?

10:46 Love the noodle time tip. I have a Writing Prompts database on Notion where I store my ideas for future posts. They're tagged using my content categories (Leadership, Ops) and a status is assigned (Priority, Published).

Hey there I really appreciate and love your videos and business model and dedication! I am so glad that I discovered you! :) However, may I propose that you use a better microphone? I have a very hard time hearing what you are saying because it sounds like there is a lot of echoing
