Yes Graham, I've been on this business. I p s digital products selling for 8 and a half months, And learning about the email list. They told me that the company that set up my website. That everything was automated so to me. It told me being new to all this that it was set up right, But now I'm understanding a little more. How to create an email list? So this is why I'm here. Great question. The process is the same for all of us. Publish amazing free content regularly and encourage people to download your lead magnet (to get them on your list). The only change is now your funnel can simply over deliver and that’s it. Once you have a product you can add it then.

A funnel system,like some sort of upside down vortex, like, if you took a pyramid, and turned it upside down. Then it's definitely not a pyramid, and not a scheme, but a funnel. A big funnel you can use to get people to give you their money. Totally legit.

You're walking down the street. Do you see advertisements? Do you follow the directions to said store of the advertisement? Do you walk through the door? Do you learn more about the product that interested you in the advertisement? Do you talk to somebody? Do you compare products and prices? Do you consider if it can help you? Do you make a purchase and walk out the door? Congratulations! You just went through the customer journey, in other words, a funnel. Have a good one.

What a great video Graham. I just came across your channel and I can tell I'm going to be eating up content. I do have a question if you don't mind answering. I am a interior designer and my store is in the home decor niche selling products for the home. I created a lead magnet in the form of a very informative, full color with great photography ebook which ended up being close to 50 pages When I was done. (I may have gone a little overboard, lol) It covers all the basics of home decorating and interior design and I'm wondering if I should instead of giving away the entire ebook as my lead magnet When they sign up for emails or should I maybe split it up into sections, a series if you will, and send the first chapter when they first sign up with their email on my website and then send each additional one either over the next 5 days in a row or the next 5 weeks in a row, I'm not really sure what I should do, or should I literally just give the whole thing away in one shot?

I have no problem creating a mailing list, but when I send an automatic message to my list, the mail falls into the promotions folder. I couldn't find a solution for this. I've seen from your various videos that you have multiple lead magnets. If for some reason I had the links for all of those lead magnets and signed up for all of them on the same day, would I be placed into multiple different funnel sequences, or do you primarily only have 1 main funnel, and if I'm already in that funnel when I download more lead magnets, my experience would be the same as if I had only downloaded 1 lead magnet? I see you also have that 1K upsell video on your lead magnet thank you page. If I bought that on the spot, would I then be removed from the initial lead magnet funnel - and maybe added to a different funnel that promotes a bigger ticket?

GREAT questions. Short answer: I have one funnel, no matter which lead magnet you sign up for. You will only go through the funnel once, even if you sign up for multiple lead magnets. There are more high ticket options in the funnel, yes.

Hi Graham,I am wondering what happens when someone who is already on your email list gives you their email and downloads the lead magnet? does the email service realize they are already on your list and so doesnt initiate the email sequence that would normally be initiated if the person was brand new?

Correct. Most email marketing tools (I use Kajabi) will not resend an email sequence to someone who has already gone through it.
