Make MORE MONEY Using VIP Days in Your Business

Ashlyn, you didn't need to pull them off your client service menu. The solution was one of the pros of VIP Days: Selling the back end sessions as a package. The VIP Day is to get the deepest strategic work done in one shot. The follow up is the coaching or accountability/completion sessions. Also, the cleanup hours after can be the clients work, not yours if set up right. It's also better for them to own the clean up. Maybe an hour- I appreciate that. But 3-4 hours - I suggest something could be adjusted in your agenda and the way you cover it. VIP Days & the back end packages are absolutely perfect for concentrated client get it done progress and the back end sessions are great for improving your biz model. I've been doing them for 13 years and they elicit the best testimonials and are often easier to sell than long drawn out coaching packages.

We were actually at a place from an agency set-up with all my writers where it actually WAS more profitable for us to pull them-I gots receipts to show it. I run a hard, tough PnL over here so I'm pretty confident about the decision. ;) We reworked things, grew the team, & eventually added them back. But thanks nonetheless!

Such a good summary of day rates! I have LOVED offering website in a day over the past year. And you can quickly increase your prices. It is great if you are NOT a perfectionist and more focussed on overall picture and getting work out fast. As a runner, I love myself a fast timeline so I THRIVE doing these! But you're right, they are hard to sell!

I might gonna try this: offering a website and branding all set-up in a day. Ofcourse, it will def not be custom but they can choose from my premade brand kits + website template and fill out the questionnaire for the copy of each page (max 5), and acces to the image library. I might pull this off in a day. 😃

I would say that in my experience, most people (especially other entrepreneurs) are understanding of the fact that they can't get that many deliverables AND have them all custom built from the ground up, I mean, you're not Santa Claus.
